Ugh! We're so sad to hear this is still going on!

If you haven't heard, Tricianne Taylor seems to be causing Reese Witherspoon and her family a lot of grief these days!

Tric married John Witherspoon back in January, but here's the problem — he's still married to Reese's mother, Betty! And with John suffering possible dementia, one could speculate that Tric is only using John for the Witherspoon name and dollar signs! Bleh…

QUITE a day for bigamy cases!

Poor Reese Witherspoon.

While her baby bump is healthy as can be - her parents' bizarre legal case is getting weirder and weirder.

A Nashville judge has ordered the Sweet Home Alabama star's father to be put under investigation. John Witherspoon is accused of bigamy and possibly dementia.

Betty Witherspoon is accusing her husband of getting married to another woman even though her and John are technically still married although they have not lived with each other since 1996.

Here's what she said:

"My husband's spending practices have accelerated. I now understand that he may have borrowed $400,000 at Bank of America and either forged my name or had his girlfriend posing as his wife sign."

Wow!!!

DRAMA.

We hope Reese is able to concentrate on herself when the time comes, and not let her parents hateful relationship ruin what should be a magical time of her life - you know, with the baby and all.

Kody Brown and his four wives Meri, Christine, Janelle, and Robyn have a LOT of celebrating to do!

The Sister Wives and their 16 17 kids (dats a LOTTA kidz!) moved to Vegas from Salt Lake after Utah authorities got all up in their business and launched a bigamy investigation for their INTERESTING life-style!

The modern day Brady Bunch can now breathe a sigh of relief, because the polygamy loving 'spiritual wives' will not be prosecuted! So pimpalicious!

A Judge said the Browns wouldn’t be prosecuted as long they don't commit other crimes! Lucky them!!

Utah Attorney Jeff Buhman says:

"The criminal case against the Browns is closed and no charges will be filed against them for bigamy unless new evidence is discovered which would comport with the office's new policy."

The Browns ARE BEYOND thrilled that no charges will be pressed against them, but it seems like this isn’t the end of their legal drama, as they plan on continuing their lawsuit against Utah County along for violating their constitutional rights to live the way they EFFIN please!

It's been an icky week for the Witherspoon family!

As we discussed Thursday, Reese Witherspoon's father has recently been accused of bigamy.

When Reese's mom, Betty, read that her estranged husband had wed another woman, she flipped her shiz! Who cares if they separated in 1996?? They're STILL married which means he can't legally say 'I do' to another.

So why would he do that?? Well.. they think he might have early onset dementia. And since Betty thinks the new woman in his life might be out to steal the family name and money, she had to put a stop to it!!

Betty alerted Reese, who flew to Tennessee IMMEDIATELY!! Once in court, Reese requested a conservatorship be placed on her father ASAP!!

Watch as she makes her way into the hearing (above)!

A judge has yet to rule, but it sounds like things might work out for the Witherspoon family… the legal members anyways…
