Katy Perry looked good enough to eat as she posed for photogs at Billboard’s Woman of the Year Luncheon in NYC on Friday.

In a skintight fuchsia Oscar de la Renta sheath dress with ruffle detail, the 28-year-old’s bangin’ bod looked like a perfect hourglass. Spanx shmanx!

Usher and Justin Bieber cover Billboard's special edition May issue, looking like the true big-bro little-bro duo that they are!

The issue came out on Tuesday, to help promote Usher and the Biebs' upcoming performances on the Billboard Music Awards, which air May 20 on ABC!

The two super talented stars will both be releasing NEW highly-anticipated albums next month, with Usher's Looking 4 Myself out June 12 and Justin's Believe due out June 19!!

We can't wait to hear their collaborations on each other's albums!

This month's Billboard Magazine features young Selena Gomez sporting an old-fashion bikini. The 40s inspired look really looks stunning on her and we even really like the hat!

Just the hair! We can't get onboard with that do!

Anyway, here are some HIGHlights from Selenita's interview, in which she talks about her career, her mom and surprisingly, not Justin Bieber:

On being both a singer and an actress: “It’s obviously an important phase in my career, and personally. The good news is I have been juggling acting and signing for two-and-a-half to three years. But I have to start over in some areas. It’s interesting to start taking risks, to grow up through my music.”

On working professionally with her mom, Mandy Teefey: “My mom has been my manager since day one. She helps me make choices correctly. She protects me.”

On whose career she would want to emulate: “[Shia LaBeouf]. He did it really well. He’s talented and doing wonderful things. Everybody has their own vision of how they want things to play out … Eventually I hope to make a record in Spanish. I don’t do anything that’s not organic.”

On technology: “I have a love-hate relationship with the Internet. I don’t like it in general - it’s vicious. But it’s also incredibly that I can connect with fans, because I love to hear their feedback and let them know about my life.”
