The 2011 Woman of the Year stood out for all the right reasons in a bright red Oscar de la Renta dress and nude Prada shoes.

Billboard magazine honored Nicki Minaj on Friday at the 6th Annual Women in Music event in New York City.

For the afternoon event, the Rising Star award winner showed off her new mermaid-like tresses on the red carpet in a long black and white Versace Resort dress with grommet detailing.

After a couple of questionable looks, Lea Michele is once again on the top of her fashion game.

The Glee starlet looked gorgeous on Thursday when she arrived at Billboard's 5th Annual Women in Music Award luncheon wearing a strapless dress by Giorgio Armani.

It's also nice to see she found shoes that were the right size.
