Alessandra Ambrosio had a belly happy 31st birthday last week.

The super pregnant model thanked fans for all the birthday wishes on Facebook by posting a picture of herself in a teeny tiny bikini on the sandy beaches of Brazil.

Now that's what we call a birthday suit.
