We've written about her before, the Black Madam as she calls herself, and the reckless string of butt injections she performed.

She has now been formally charged with murder in the death of a London tourist that fell into one of her scams at a Philadelphia airport hotel.

Third-degree murder, more specifically, for her involvement in last year's death of 20-year-old Claudia Aderotimi.

This isn't the only medical problem to happen from one of her "pumping parties" either — one of her customers had serious lung problems as a result of an injection.

All the authorities had to do was wait for the test results from the FDA before making the charge, as they already knew she was the one who injected her.

As horrible as this lady is, people should probably stop getting back-alley butt injections.

Common sense.

A church in South Carolina is getting some serious attention for a sign they've posted outside their building for all the world to see.

The pastor says he's put up a sign that reads "Ultimate Racism: Abortionists Target Black Babies" to educate the public.

Here's what he said:

"This is the crime of America. Planned Parenthood purposely locates in minority communities."

Uh. What?

Although data from 2010 shows that black women in Richland country are three times as likely to get an abortion, that doesn't mean anyone is specifically targeting them.

Here was Planned Parenthood's response was:

"[Planned Parenthood] believes in helping all individuals, regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation, make informed decisions about their reproductive health care."

No offense to that church, but we're more apt to believe Planned Parenthood rather than them - although we will admit those Planned volunteers who stand on the street trying to get signatures are pretty darn pushy! Ha!

Seth Meyers made a deal with the devil and live to tell the tale!

On Monday night, the CFDA Awards host bared his nips in Marc Jacobs' Commes des Garçons lace gown, but oddly enough it wasn't his idea.

Really.

The SNL funny guy revealed to Vanity Fair:

“It was Anna Wintour’s idea for me to wear Marc Jacobs’ Met ball dress. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would once I put it on. You know, this is a fashion night. I feel like this is a room that appreciates people who take chances with the way they dress, and I felt very supportive.”"

Seth may have liked it, but we have a feeling we won't be seeing him in another one any time soon!

But we really wish she hadn't.

Julianne Hough paraded down the MTV Movie Awards red carpet in a black Sally LaPointe dress that covered everything but a sliver of her tummy.

Perhaps its the long sleeves or how the bottom half of the dress is cut, but this outfit just doesn't flatter her obviously toned figure. We adore the Jimmy Choo shoes, but this lacy look keeps them from elongating her frame.

A swing and a miss.

Well HELLO there!

Courtney Love gave everyone an eyeful at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's An Evening With Women event in Beverly Hills this past weekend.

The singer somehow managed to squeeze herself into a Vivienne Westwood, off-the-shoulder, black, sparkly number that made her tatas the center of attention.

While we are besotted with this dress, it looks far too small for the scarlet-mouthed singer, and perhaps would suit someone about ten years younger.

No, he's not literally gay, but it's definitely an attention-grabbing headline!
