Bears can be so cute, unless they're hanging out in your backyard!

In Granda Hills, California, people spotted a black bear just walking around their neighborhood.

At one point, a helicopter was following the bear and watched it stroll around a backyard and even take a dip in someone's pool!

After the bear made its rounds it ended up running back up into the hills before anyone could capture it.

We wouldn't be surprised if he made his way back to the neighborhood… that was a pretty nice looking pool!

A black she-bear awoke from her spring hibernation and zoo visitors got a little treat at Zoo Sauvage.

FOUR BABY BEARS!!!!

A quartet of cubs is SUPER rare and this pleasant sighting means the mama bear bigger than your average bear and healthier too.

Congrats to the new mama!!!

Welcome to life, cubbies!

Eight year old mama bear Lugnut welcomed two cubs in early January. As Lugnut hibernates, her newborns will nurse from her while she sleeps.

Although Mama won't be getting too much sleep!

Lugnut and her young are monitored by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and the Wildlife Research Foundation.

With a fiber-optic camera, researchers and bear lovers will be able to watch the cubs grow.

The family won't be leaving their den anytime soon and the cubbies will stay with Mama until they are about a year old.

A young black bear was spotted sitting on top of a garbage truck in the middle of a densely urban area in downtown Vancouver.

Animal control officers were stumped as to how the bear made it all the way into the middle of the concrete jungle, but crowds of people seemed more amused than confused.

The bear was eventually tranquilized and carried away, headed back to its woodland home.

A member of the Conservation Officer Service has a theory of how the bear got into the middle of the city.

Dumpsters.

"So presumably the bear would have been in the Dumpster, loaded in the back of the garbage truck and when the operator went to do another pickup in downtown Vancouver that's when he would have realized that there was bear in his truck."

A man selling christmas trees across the street from the garbage truck was the first to spot the bear.

"I couldn't believe what I saw. I had to tell him (the truck driver) 'there's a bear on top of your truck.'

It just sat there and just looked around. It was scared. It was scared. It didn't know what was happening.

It was really different. I wasn't expecting to see a bear jumping out of a garbage truck. That's the last thing I thought I'd see."

Maybe the bear just wanted to sit on a mall santa's lap?

We're sure there aren't too many santas in the woods. LOLz!

Even though he's a HUGE black bear, he looks like a little kid, having fun playing in the snow.

So cute!

We'd wanna go up and hug him and just play in the snow together.

Though we'd probably get eaten.

A woman in Pennsylvania let her dog out one night to go do his business.

She then noticed he was acting strangely.

She said:

"It was dark and at first I couldn't see what it was. Then, I saw two black bears, what looked like a cub and an adult."

She said she saw her 11-year-old dog running at the full grown bear and "swatting at him."

She ran to help her dog, when the adult bear attacked!

She said:

"I was screaming at it to get out of my yard, trying to scare it away. I was so concerned about Otto I didn't even know I was hurt."

She was bleeding from the head from multiple claw wounds.

By the time her husband got outside the bears were gone.

Her injuries are minor.

The dog was taken to the vet and treated for his wounds.

Good thing his brave mama was there to save him.

Say what??

A family on vacation in Lake Tahoe had their Prius “stolen” by a black bear.

That’s a big step for bears, from stealing picnic baskets to cars. Yogi reference, anyone?

The bear broke into the car, then got stuck. While struggling to get out, it somehow switched the car into gear and the Prius, bear inside, rolled down the family’s driveway and across the street, crashing into a neighbors porch.

The bear eventually made it’s way out of the car before police arrived on the scene to apprehend the “burgler.”

The car was totalled. The owner, Cece McCarthy said:

"He had ripped out the back seat. There's nothing left. There's nothing left inside of our Prius. Gone."

Poor Prius… at least the bear's okay!
