Kelly Osbourne Is As Pretty As A Posen
Giuliana Rancic might look gorgeous on the Emmys red carpet, but it looks like her fellow Joan Ranger, Kelly Osbourne, is showing out, too!
Kelly hit the carpet in a purple Zac Posen gown, ever-so-slightly matching that hair of hers and Martin Katz jewels!
Her dress, however, paled in comparison to her $250,000 Azature black diamond manicure.
That's like Oscar status right there!
