Alexis Neiers, known best as one of the sticky-fingered kids of the Burglar Bunch, pled not guilty to two charges stemming from her arrest last December at her arraignment yesterday. The charges stand as one felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (aka the black tar heroin, yuck!)and misdemeanor possession of a smoking device.

After the judge heard her plea, she was shipped back to rehab for another month. She'll return to the courts in March for her hearing.

And so it begins again. One stint behind bars just wasn't enough for you, bb? You had to go for two?

This girl probably has no idea how effing lucky she is right now.

Alexis Neiers, of the E! reality series Pretty Wild and most known for involvement in the Hollywood Bling Ring, escaped a two year prison sentence today for possession of a fake Florida ID and black tar heroin, and was instead ordered by a judge to spend a year in rehab!

Judge Peter Espinoza apparently went against the prosecutor's jail recommendation because he felt the primary issue was the reality stars addiction, and he didn't want her to go to a state prison, where she may be able to acquire the substance and continue using.

He told her:

"Let me make this clear. If you come back to me for using heroin you are going to prison. This is the last time we are going to have this conversation. No one is going to do anything to change the fact that you are a heroin addict for the rest of your life. They can only help you stop using."

Wow - he must have been very convinced - as are we - that this girl has serious, serious issues, and we sincerely hope that this is the last time we have to hear about her in this kind of situation.

You're getting off VERY easy this time, bb. Don't take it for granted.

And she might be stuck in there for a looooooong time!

Earlier this week, Alexis Neiers, who is more famously known for breaking into Orlando Bloom's house, was arrestted for having black-tar heroin and owning a fake driver's license.

She was thrown in the slammer when she was busted and now a judge has ordered her to stay put there until her upcoming hearing. Then, she might end up right back in her cell again as this little druggie escapade could count as a violation of her probation from her last, thieving offense.

If that happens, she could get a solid two years in STATE prison! No cushy Paris Hilton suite cell for her!

Time to lawyer up, BB! Things don't look too good for you!

Can't say we're particularly shocked by this. Just disgusting.

Yesterday, Pretty Wild star and criminal Alexis Neiers was busted once again, this time for being in posession of black tar heroin and a fraudulent license, and now her series co-star and mother, Andrea Arlington, is claiming that the entire mess is really just a misunderstanding!

She lies explains:

"She was not arrested or being charged with possession as far as I know. She did not check into her probation meeting last month and there was some confusion over her address because she had two addresses listed for the location where she was living. They tried to reach her, she did not respond. I am just disappointed because we don't need to go through this ridiculousness again."

Oh! Phew! Glad that's sorted out! LOLz!

Ugh, who do these effing people think that they're kidding?

We think this woman needs to worry less about how she and her family look in the press and focus on what is clearly a deeply troubled young woman!

Then again…we've seen her on the show. Those girls are probably best left alone - WITHOUT her influence!

Color us SHOCKED!

Pretty Wild reality starlet Alexis Neiers has pretty much gone and effed herself after being arrested this morning for being in possession of black tar heroin!

Yeah. Seriously. As if she didn't dodge a bullet during the Bling Ring debacle!

According to sources, Neiers never checked in for probation after her July jail release - regarding her involvement in the burglary of Orlando Bloom's house - so the authorities arrived at her home this morning, and upon searching the property, discovered the illegal drug, and arrested her on site.

Lovely!

Have fun trying to weasel your way out of this one, bb! You're officially screwed!
