During some frisky play with a vibrator, April Bonjour suddenly realized she had unwillingly crossed the thin line between pleasure and pain.

In a personal injury complaint, the California girl claims:

That looks like one nasty car accident!!

This a pic (above) of David Arquette's silver Cadillac after he collided with another car in West Hollywood on Friday afternoon.

David was on his way to the Burbank airport to fly out to Las Vegas to attend the opening of a candy store at the Paris Hotel called Sugar Factory and then make an appearance at a party hosted by Kim Kardashian.

He crashed into a car that was in oncoming traffic and was seen lying on the ground and bleeding after the accident. Luckily, the actor is fine after being taken away in an ambulance.

Hours later, he tweeted about the accident, managing to even take a jab at Charlie Sheen:

I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you all for your concern.

Remember to wear your seatbelt - wish I was.

It was a miracle the woman I hit was uninjured - Thank God!

so sad i'm going to miss it but glad to be alive for a rain check. Refused all pain medication - may the record state - still sober!

He wasn't wearing his seatbelt?? Oh man, he got really lucky.

Oh no! We hope he's okay!

David Arquette was reportedly involved in a head-on collision in West Hollywood on Friday and the actor is said to be injured.

After a car in front of him suddenly stopped, sources say David swerved, veering his car into oncoming traffic. Driving a silver Cadillac, he slammed into a car going in the opposite direction.

An ambulance has been called as David is currently lying on the ground, bleeding.

Wow.

So far, there have been no further details, but we'll be sure to keep you updated on his condition.

We're just really hoping his injuries are not as severe as they sound.

UPDATE: A rep for David Arquette tells CNN the actor is "fine" and "on his way to be treated” after being involved in a car accident L.A.

Christian Louboutins can be dangerous, just ask Jennifer Lopez!

During Sunday night's Grammy Awards the paramedics rushed to Jenny's dressing room after accidentally stabbing her foot with one of the spikes on her Very Mix Peep Toe shoes.

A source reveals:

"Her stylist was freaking out because Jennifer accidentally punctured herself with one of the many spikes on her shoes. It was a small puncture, but the blood wouldn't stop and J-Lo still had to present an award."

After assessing the situation, paramedics moved quickly to stop the bleeding and covered it with two band aids.

Oh no, bb! That cut doesn't look good!

The super-SEKSI Joseph Gordon Levitt was filming a scene for his new movie Premium Rush in NYC when he crashed the bike he was riding into a cab!

However, he apparently managed to keep a sense of humor about the incident and posted this little note along with a video (watch it here!):

My first real wreck today. Busted through the rear window of a cab. Luckily got my elbows up. Coulda been way worse. No, but it was my fault, I was going too fast. The director, Dave Koepp, was extremely concerned for my well-being, but I made him RECord the wound. Anyway, Premium Rush is gonna be awesome. Gratuitous ER footage to follow, stay tuned…

We hope you got that cleaned up, bb!

And we're so happy no one was seriously hurt!

Be careful next time, please! We don't know what we would do if anything happened to that precious face!

As Bret Michaels remains in the ICU under heavy sedaditves after suffering a severe brain hemorrhage on Thursday night, sources are now shedding light on what prompted the reality star to get himself to the hospital.

Michaels reportedly suffered from what doctors call 'thunderclap headaches,' which are defined by the suddenness and severity of their pain.

A source says he felt "like [getting] hit in the head with a baseball bat over and over again."

That sounds awful! Thank goodness he knew to take them seriously!!

Meanwhile, doctors are still searching for the source of the bleeding in his brain.

Dr. Keith Siller, of NYU's Comprehensive Stroke Care Center, says:

"In some patients, doctors never find the source."

However, this is because the bleeding could be small, and the rupture can sometimes cure itself. Apparently then "you basically just wait for the symptoms to go away" while doctors monitor for complications. Siller also asserts that "they're on the better end of things," even though Michaels might need speech or physical therapy as a part of his recovery!

We're just grateful he survived and seems to be on the mend! It may a difficult road to recovery, but the worst seems to be over!

Watch the clip (above) as Jimmy Fallon falls to the floor after a rousing game of make-a-martini-and-run! Chelsea Handler was deemed the winner by default, but all she really wanted to do was "promote her book."

Despite the bleeding, Jimmy was fine and Miz Handler was HIGHlarious as usual!
