Björk had vocal surgery! She confirmed just last week that she had a successful surgery that removed a polyp from her vocal chords — which, we're sure, was a very scary thing to do for someone who sings for a living.
She actually first discovered the polyp a few years ago and tried to take care of it by doing stretches and changing her diet, which didn't exactly work. She says that advances in technology are what convinced her to have the surgery.
