From the outside, you would think Stephen Ira and Chaz Bono would have a lot in common. They're both transgender sons of uber-famous people in Hollywood and have had to live their transformation in the public eye, with all the scrutiny that comes along with it.
But it seems that Chaz's biggest critic is actually Stephen, who took to his blog a few weeks back to write a post called, "Why Chaz Bono Is a Misogynist Who Does Not Represent Us."
In his blog, Stephen condemns Chaz for his choice of words and actions in talking about his journey as a transgender. Stephen specifically calls attention to a quote from Chaz during an interview with ABC, in which Chaz said:

National attention focused in on Mike & Molly when a Marie Claire blogger wrote a post titled “Should ‘Fatties’ Get a Room? (Even on TV?)” that made some derogatory and controversial comments about the show’s overweight stars.
But it looks like Mike & Molly will get in the last word. Star Bill Gardell (Mike) says that he will make a “tiny nod” to the article in the Thanksgiving episode on November 22.
“It’s a very eloquently put thing that I get to say at the Thanksgiving speech that kind of says everything we feel. [The blog post] did give [us] a lot of attention, but I rather attention be got by the good work we’re doing.
Overwhelmingly, people from the Internet came to our side. And not just to our side but to the side of overweight people, which was nice.”
The Marie Claire blog post was uncalled for. We hope that Billy doesn’t stoop to that level but still puts the blogger in her place!
