Nick Cannon Hospitalized Over The Weekend Because Of Blood Clots In His Lungs!

Nick Cannon Blood Clot

Oh no! Nick Cannon thought his health problems were over, but unfortunately he's got more going on that just kidney problems.

The America's Got Talent host was hospitalized AGAIN all weekend after waking up in the middle of the night with intense back pain. He revealed on his radio show on Wednesday that his doctors discovered blood clots in his lungs, plus an enlarged ventricle on the right side of his heart!

Yikes! That doesn't sound good!

Fortunately, Nick is back on the air and already laughing about the ordeal, but he's gotta learn to take it easier! The problem seems to be rooted in his non-stop work schedule, which sends him flying back and forth between both coasts on a weekly basis.

His doctor has warned him that he needs to stop overworking his body and it sounds like Nick is finally learning his lesson, saying:

"I always took a lot of pride in working so hard and never taking a day off, but I'm learning that this isn't the wisest thing all the time, especially being a new father. Not only wanting to spend time with my children, but wanting to be there for my children because if I would have died last week, that wouldn't have been fun."

Ha! No! It would NOT have been fun for anyone! We hope you adjust your schedule accordingly and rest that body of yours, boy. Feel better!

Big & Tall Men More Likely To Get Blood Clots

Big & Tall Men More Likely To Get Blood Clots

Other than this whole blood clot thing, tall men have it pretty great!

Unfortunately, the blood clot thing is a problem.

In a recent study, researchers found that big and tall men are more likely to have higher rates of Venous thromboembolism, which is the cause of blood clots.

Tall men (6 ft. or taller) were 2.6 times more likely to develop venous thromboembolism than short men (5 ft. 8 in. or shorter). And obese, short men were at 2.1 times greater risk than skinny, short men.

There’s a similar trend in women.

This means that if you’re tall or obese — watch out! Make sure you’re healthy and check with your doctor if you’re worried!

MORE Birds Fall From The Sky!

more birds fall from the sky

We WERE happy to say that we ruled out biblical plague…but now we're not so sure once again.

Earlier today, we mentioned that officials believe the thousands of bird deaths in Arkansas were a result of massive trauma.

Now, we've learned about ANOTHER incident where 500 birds fell out of the sky in Louisiana, 300 miles south of the bird-death location in Arkansas.

According to authorities, these birds died due to blood clots that formed from internal injuries.

SO how'd they get the injuries then?

We REALLY hope this doesn't happen again, and we ESPECIALLY hope it doesn't happen anywhere near us!
