We're not sure if this is just a washout color or something more permanent, but it's nice to see her changing up her look — even if it's a little Smurf-y.

Katy Perry, is that you?

No, it's Cher Lloyd!

The British pop star recently showed off her bright blue locks to KISS 108's Matt Seigel.

While we think she looks like a pretty bluebird perched on a windowsill, Cher didn't exactly get what she bargained for. She was hoping for more of a darker black-blue instead of the California Gurl look she ended up with (above).
