Now, in another post on Instagram, Miz Mowry called out an Internet troll who said the Tia & Tamera star was "getting fat." In response to the rude comment, she said:

"I don't normally do this, but I wanted to prove a point. I just posted a few days ago about embracing and uplifting others about body image. Here, @miekk_felt the need to say I was getting fat. I took a look at your profile and I was sad to see that you WORK for YOUNG African American girls aiding in their studies. I hope this isn't what you would tell your girls? Does your BOSS know that this is how you degrade other WOMAN? @hbcutravelers Internet BULLYING is not cool and it needs to stop. Would you say this to my face? Is this how you speak to yourself when YOU look at yourself in the mirror. Again, I'm shining a light on this issue hoping to see change. Love and uplift!"

The commenter in question deleted her page — and the HBCUTravelers group had the following message:

"HBCUTravelers does not encourage bullying in any way, shape, or form. The organization is one that inspires African-American students to step out of their comfort zones and experience life from a different place in the world. To@tiamowry: the young lady you mentioned does not work for our organization, but was a supporter of our mission, which can be viewed on our website. You are beautiful inside and out, and it saddens me that she made the negative remark. We will be sure to use this incident to stand out against negativity! Please continue to inspire and uplift others 💕👑"

Good vibes only!

Victoria's Secret Model Bridget Malcolm Defends Her 'Extremely Fit' Figure Against Skinny Shamers!

This Victoria's Secret model is calling out her haters!

Oh no.

Victoria's Secret model Bridget Malcolm has come under fire on Instagram for her skinny frame, but she's not taking the criticisms lightly!

On Tuesday, the 23-year-old Australian supermodel took to the social media site to slam all her haters.

Photos: All The Sexiest Looks From The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

In regards to the comments that she doesn't look "healthy" and is "too skinny", Bridget posted a picture of her fit figure (above), and wrote:

"Can we STOP with the skinny shaming please? I am extremely fit and healthy and am not in the slightest way anorexic. I have worked hard to look like this and am proud of my body. I may not be the curviest but I am a woman who has every right to look the way I do. Maybe today take a look inside yourself and wonder why you feel the need to shame strangers over the Internet about their bodies. Peace and love to you all - let's change the conversation ❤️"

Body shaming of any kind is wrong!

At least Bridget is taking a stand against haters though, and hopefully the message will help them realize her point of view.

Thoughts???
