She definitely belongs behind bars!

A 24-year-old woman named Rachelle Braaten recently made her 2-year-old son smoke pot out of a bong, and after she posted the "funny" video, police in Centralia, Washington are now investigating the horrid event.

The careless mother first thought the incident was a laughing matter, but then she tried to flip the situation and say that what happened was a mistake, she divulged:

Bobbi Kristina is one troubled young lady.

As we predicted, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston is going down a desperately fast downward spiral.

In a shocking new video, Bobbi can be seen smoking pot out of a three-foot-tall bong with a couple of her friends.

She was apparently pAArtying with friends at their college apartment in Statesboro, Georgia sometime last year.

Bobbi is heard saying, "Give me the lighter," before she inhales for what feels like forever.

A source says that the 19-year-old was drinking heavily too, adding:

"Between tokes, Bobbi was drinking shots of Grey Goose and Skyy Blue vodka, and sipping a mixed vodka drink. She’s obviously a seasoned partier. With the amount of pot and alcohol she was using, I would have passed out, but she was still going strong."

As you'll remember, she was hospitalized twice in twelve hours after her mother died, but family and friends are still concerned about her well-being.

"Everyone is worried sick about Krissy … her aunt Pat got a number of her friends and family to come to Atlanta and have a serious talk with her about her sobriety. There were lots of tears, but Bobbi Kristina didn’t listen."

Sad, sad. We see her getting deeper into trouble and nothing's being done about it.

You need help, Bobbi.

Pics of Rupert (or someone who looks JUST like him) smoking from a bong were leaked on Thursday. The pictures were allegedly taken at a Harry Potter cast party, which is sure to make Potter fans' heads explode.

Not exactly sure what Rupe is smoking…Salvia, maybe??

Who knows? But, we're sure he's going to have some sort of explanation.

Miley did NOT hold back on SNL Saturday night.

She impersonated everybody from La Lohan to Justin Bieber and even addressed some of her recent controversies in her monologue, including the video showing her smoking salvia out of a bong.

According to AOL's JSYK.com website, 58% of 99,000 votes, mostly from 9-15 year olds, called Miley 2010's worst celeb influence.

Guess Lindsay's jail time and Teen Mom Amber's domestic violence didn't seem as troubling to voters as Miley's Salvia bong smoking video.

It's a new year, Mileybird! Stay out of trouble, don't make incriminating videos, and you should be in much better shape for 2011, bb.
