Amanda Bynes' agent must be peeved, because she isn't going to get booked for another month!

The What A Girl Wants star thought she would have to turn herself in next week for her hit and run booking, but it looks like she has a bit more time to kill.

According to a source close to the situation, Amanda's freedom may be getting a stay of execution. The source says:

Paulina Rubio is facing a breach of contract lawsuit after the pop singer missed a concert in the Colombian town of Tunja, which included the country's president in the expectant crowd!

According to legal documents, Rubio required that she be flown to Tunja in a $200,000 private jet, but because of flight restrictions, she was flown into Bogota.

She was then expected to travel overland with a military escort, but she refused.

WTF?

According to Rubio's psychiatrist, the singer is clinically depressed, and when she is unable to travel with her dog, Lima Valentina, she is a mess.

Wow. We're not sure how that defense is going to hold up in court!

Responsibilities are responsibilities, but we do sympathize with her condition! And she must have been VERY pregnant, too!

Such a shame!
