In the video taken by onlookers, all we can see is Weston Cage getting the crap kicked out of him. What we didn't know is that according to Weston himself, if he had had just a few more drinks, he probably would have killed himself with alcohol.

"He said his blood alcohol level that day was 0.335%. He says that if he had a few more drinks, his "loyal and beautiful wife and my outstanding father wouldn't have been visiting me in the psych ward, they would have been visiting me for the last time in an open casket funeral."

That's a crazy amount of booze, guys.

Also, Weston said that the bodyguard had always had it out for him, and actually instigated the fight in a cheap way:

"Before that fight, I wish you guys had the intro to it, because he actually punched me in the nuts, like a little girl."

He even says he wants to have a fair fight with Villegas, but we're willing to bet it'll never happen.

We're glad you're alive, Weston, and that you've been "incredibly clean" since that night.

Where's this going to happen next? Outback? Friday's? MCDONALD's???

Earlier this week, we were appalled when we heard about a baby who was served margarita mix instead of APPLE JUICE at an Applebee's restaurant.

Now, it's happening again.

Check out the video (above) of a two-year old who was served alcohol at a restaurant, but this time it was an Olive Garden…and he was served sangria instead of orange juice.

What's going on here? Are these disgruntled employees who want to hurt their employers? Or have restaurants been hiring tragically absent-minded people lately?

Whatever the reason is, please keep the booze away from the kids! We REALLY hope we don't hear about a story like this again!

Prince William is having his bachelor party this weekend, and we hope they don't happen to lose him!! LOLz!

We're sure that won't happen, but it DOES sound like a pretty fab time!

While Kate is at home getting nervous and tending to some planning, the boys are heading out for one epic bachelor party!

Even though it's being kept completely on the DL, everyone is aware that it's going to happen and his security team is ready to tag along!

Here's a bit about it:

"It's top, top secret but the dates have been marked off in the diary and security knows every detail. For privacy reasons we can't reveal locations, but there will be plenty of booze and some legendary activities."

Legendary activities?? Maybe they'll find a baby!! (Are you getting all of these Hangover references??)

No matter what they actually end up doing, we hope we hear about it, and we bet they'll have a blast!!

Oh snap!

Wendy Williams is being sued for allegedly being lame at a party she was paid to attend!

She was paid $25,000 to appear at a hot Atlantic City resort, for 2 hours time, where she was supposed to grab the mic and get on stage, but she barely did any of that.

The only thing she did was show up for an hour, barely mingle, demand 6 bottles of booze (4 champagne, 2 white wine), and then return to her cabana with her husband while complaining that she wanted to leave!

That's no way to represent yourself when somebody is paying you $25k! That's not cool at all, Wendy!

And that's how you get sued!

Guess Ashlee Simpson wasn't too upset about her split from hubby Pete Wentz!

The girl was spotted around town, partying it up with friends just five days before filing for divorce.

Sources say she hit up SHG's Eden nightclub just last Friday, arriving around 1 a.m. with three girlfriends. Eyewitnesses say that Ashlee and her gal pals had the drinks flowing all night!

"She was drinking Grey Goose and Sugar-Free Red Bull all night," an eyewitness says. "She was laughing a ton. She didn't care who was around her…she was just there to have fun."

Other sources say that Ashlee's partying just added to the list of reasons of why the two decided to split.

Ashlee's "partying [and] being out of control" was one of their many issues. And not only that, but two had been headed for divorce "for quite some time."

Come on, Ashlee, you're the mother of a two-year-old. Little Bronx needs the stability of two parents in his life.

We hope Ashlee gets back to her motherly duties for Bronx's sake.

We have a bit more on the Shia incident we reported on earlier!

It looks like that bar fight that Shia LaBeouf allegedly got into on Saturday was started as a bar patron threw a homophobic slur at him, before throwing a punch.

Everything happened at Mad Bullsin Sherman Oaks Saturday night, a bar that LaBeouf frequents with his friends. We all know tempers flare just a little harder when booze is involved.

That’s when Shia started throwing down words on the outside patio with another bar-goer.

A source remembers:

"The guy was laughing at Shia and called Shia 'a f**king faggot'. Shia shot back that he was going to 'kick is f**king ass'. Shia then lunged but the other guy got the first punch in. He hit Shia hard in the face and split his lip.”

Not good!!

Violence is never, EVER the answer. No matter how hurtful the words are. No matter who started it.

Shia, bb, you’re adorbs but you gotta get back on a better path!

And we DEF don't care for the guy who threw around that word, either!

Looks like he checked into rehab just in time.

David Arquette had quite the wild night just days before checking into the Betty Ford Center.

The actor reportedly spent over $2,000 at Skins strip club in El Lay where he was seen looking wasted while handing out hundies and putting his hands all over multiple strippers.

A source at the club said:

"Money seemed to be no object for David. In all, he spent more than $2,000 I believe. He wasn't doling out singles, that's for sure. David appeared wasted and was enjoying himself with multiple dancers all night. The girls were naked and all over him and he loved the attention."

This doesn't come much of a surprise to us considering his recent behavior since his break up with Courteney Cox.

We just hope he sticks to the program and gets the help he needs.

We previously reported that Lindsay Lohan switched rehab facilities due to a stalker and safety concerns, but that is not the only reason.

A source claims that the move is a result of issues Lindsay had with a Betty Ford Center staffer.

Apparently, LiLo and the staffer clashed following a boozerrific party that her roommates hosted.

Here's what the source had to say about Lindsay's move:

"Lindsay was moved to another property owned by the Betty Ford Center in order to preserve her safety, yes, but also to deal with any differences she might have had with anyone in that house."

More from an insider:

"Because of the way last Saturday night's incident was treated, Lindsay had an obvious clash of personalities with one of the staff at the house.

Between the incident with the apparent stalker and this difference of opinion, Lindsay was moved to another location to remove her from a potentially hostile environment that had the potential to undo all the good work that she has achieved in her recovery."

Whatever the reason for the move actually is, we hope things work out for her in the new facility.
