We wanna know… why WASN'T Kristen Stewart invited to Robert Pattinson's pre-bday booze adventures?!

Even though we thought Kristen had all these fun things planned for RPatz's 27th birthday, it seems either those plans were BS OR something BAD happened between the pair..

Cause the Twilight couple reportedly spent the entire day apart!

AND not only did they NOT see each other at all, a photog who captured snaps of Kristen in her home yesterday alleges she was agitated and visibly upset. Apprently K-Stew was pacing back and forth while on the phone AND she was smoking cigarettes.

She then got into a car with a girlfriend and they drove around the neighborhood before parking…

And get this, the girls talked in the car for almost an hour!

So, if we are to believe the photographer, it seem Kristen is DEF upset about something, and we're guessing it has something to do with Rob.

The best part of Cinco De Mayo, for those who don't really want to celebrate it in any kind of official way, is the BOOZING!

To many, it's just another excuse to get sloshed and make some bad choices! That's fine and all, but we ask this: why should all your choices be bad??

Hey, if you gotta get a mugshot you might as well live it up a little! Right??

Okay so maybe people aren't really thinking about hamming it up in that moment, but sometimes we DO get some glorious mugshots!

Al Michaels got nabbed for a DUI on Friday night (which was a trend that day, apparently!), and he gave us the boring one (above)! Sure, he's cracking a little half smile — from what looks like confusion as to when the pic is getting snapped — but he could have swung for the fences and stuck his tongue out at us or something!

Anyway, the broadcaster was arrested Friday night in Santa Monica when he allegedly made an illegal U-turn in front of a DUI checkpoint. Why would someone do that? Oh, probably when they know they're driving drunk!

Sources say he was above the legal limit, which is why he was arrested! Apparently he was super nice about it all, though!

You don't ALWAYS have to be a bummer in situations like this!

Though, he did put lives in danger! Maybe he should act like it a little bit!

Lindsay Lohan does NOT have a drinking problem, you guys!

And even though the soon-to-be-confined starlet was spotted sprawled under a table at a Brazilian nightclub (above), we're sure it's just because she needed a little snooze from the strenuous work (sup with those bruises, girl?!).

PLUS, she had to SMILE and seem engaging for a whole 45 minutes while promoting the John John clothing line in Sao Paulo. Tiring stuff! LOLz!

Who cares if SXSW was two weeks ago?? We wanna live the night of our show FOREVER!!

So many great musicians, sooooo much alcohol! It's a good thing everyone had a FAB time and was able to drink responsibly… both in how much they were drinking and how many calories they were consuming, 'cuz TY KU is waaaay healthier than conventional booze!

We can't thank everyone enough for such a special evening! It was amazeballs!

We just don't know what to think!

Despite all reports to the contrary, Lindsay Lohan swears she never tried sneaking into a happening Hollywood club HOURS after a judge sentenced her to rehab and cautioned her to cool her jets!

The trouble starlet took to Twitter a few minutes ago and firmly denied eye-witness testimony saying she hid outside AV Nightclub last night in the back of an SUV!

Hmmm… That optimistic little LiLo fan deep in our heart of hearts who holds out hope Lindz will one day recapture her wholesomely magnificent Mean Girls quality desperately wants to believe her, but we just don't know!

We've all seen Lindsay make terrible decisions before!!
