Harry Styles Dresses Up As A Boxing Kangaroo! Check Out His Sexy Pouch HERE!

Harry Styles from One Direction dressed up as a boxing kangaroo!!

Halloween has come early, friends!

And, one of the few people who can make a punching kangaroo look absolutely sexy is none other than that dimple-faced crumpet, Harry Styles!

While One Direction is still down under for their TMH tour, the band posted two pics on their Instagram account asking Directioners to guess who the killer-kutie kangaroo was, and naturally, as you can see from his front side (although we don't mind looking at his backside), Harry is one manly marsupial.

As if we couldn't tell by his beautiful red lips, his chestly sparrow tats certainly gave it away!

Oh, don't worry, Harold, we've seen you get buff and we wouldn't want to mess with you in the ring!

Although, a few "blows below the belt" wouldn't be too bad!

Adam Brody Bobs And Weaves Like A Pro In The Boxing Ring!

adam brody gets in the boxing ring for some exercise

Adam Brody all hot and sweaty. Just how we like him!!

The Lovelace has been super active lately as he's been making sure to keep his body in tip top shape!

However, this time he traded in his volleyball for a pair of boxing gloves as he laced up and hit the ring in El Lay for an extensive workout!

We didn't realize Seth Cohen was such a fighter!!

Adam looked like an absolute natural in the gym as he was spotted working the punching bag and sparring with his personal trainer, and he even did his best Robert De Niro impression! However, he might have mixed up Raging Bull with Taxi Driver!

Oh well! At least he looks good in those boxing gloves! LOLz!

Mike Tyson Feels Very Generous After Grabbing A Bite In West Hollywood!

mike tyson is very generous after grabbing dinner in west hollywood

Mike Tyson must have had one heck of a meal, because he was in a GREAT mood after he grabbed a bite at Ago in West Hollywood!

The former heavyweight champ first signed a pair of boxing gloves for a fan who apparently walks around with his trusty gloves at ALL times!!

Then, he left a VERY generous $40 dollar tip for the valet after they brought him his car!

And to top off his list of good deeds, we hear he saved a box of kittens from a burning building on his way home!!

Ok, so we might have made that last part up! But seriously, who knew Mike had such a heart of gold??

Boxing Gloves: Does Size Matter?

Alex Brenes pic

Boxing can be a competitive sport or just a great way to blow off steam and stay in shape. To get the best results it's always better to have the best gear.

FitPerez reader Dennis J wrote our favorite boxer, Alex Brenes, for some expert advice on choosing the right boxing gloves for his size and purposes, asking:

Hi Alex,

Firstly, thank you for helping me.

I am a 6 ft 170lb man. I have been using Boxing Gloves from a local sports store and working out in my garage.

Do you know if there are certain sizes of gloves for my weight / size?

Great question! According to Alex:

You are welcome D!

You are in pretty good shape according to your size and weight, so keep it up bro. Glove sizes for competitions change. Minimum weights up to middleweights use 8 ounce gloves to fight, while those above middleweight use 10 ounce gloves to fight.

For training purposes, the idea is to get faster and stronger with heavier gloves. So for sparring, use a 16 ounce set for minimum to middleweights and an 18 ounce set for the larger weights. For bag or pad work use 12 or 14 ounce gloves.

Hope this helps, now keep your hands up, chin down and hit it!!!!
