Adam Brody all hot and sweaty. Just how we like him!!
The Lovelace has been super active lately as he's been making sure to keep his body in tip top shape!
However, this time he traded in his volleyball for a pair of boxing gloves as he laced up and hit the ring in El Lay for an extensive workout!
We didn't realize Seth Cohen was such a fighter!!
Adam looked like an absolute natural in the gym as he was spotted working the punching bag and sparring with his personal trainer, and he even did his best Robert De Niro impression! However, he might have mixed up Raging Bull with Taxi Driver!
Oh well! At least he looks good in those boxing gloves! LOLz!

Apparently Adriana Lima's looks aren't the only thing that can knock you out!
The seksi Victoria's Secret model decided to work up a sweat in Miami and once again traded in the runway for a boxing ring!
Adriana was spotted treating her trainer like her own personal punching bag as she proved that she can float like a butterfly and sting like a bee!
We're not usually big fans of violence, but we'd definitely watch a lot more boxing if the fighters looked like that!
She can gives us the old one-two any day of the week! LOLz!

FitPerez reader Martin is going into the ring to spar for his first time and can't help but be a little nervous. Looking for some tips to ease his nerves, he wrote boxing pro Alex Brenes, asking:
I've been training for 4 months now (3-4 days a week) and my trainer said he thinks I'm ready to spar. He plans on putting me in the ring next week. Any useful tips for someone just about to begin sparring? I'm a bit anxious!
According to Alex:
Martin, that's the most fun part of training and in boxing sparring is the best way to measure one's improvement.
If your trainer is good and he thinks you are ready, you are!!! Just go and practice what you have learned. You'll figure out what you need to work on.
Being anxious is great! It will help you stay on your toes. Remember to listen to you corner, even if something doesn't make sense to you, because they see stuff that you don't. Have fun! Stick and move!!!
