The Los Angeles Police Department has FINALLY arrested two suspects believed to be responsible for the opening-day beating of San Francisco Giants fan Brian Stow (above) outside Dodger Stadium, while the original suspect has been exonerated.
Giovanni Ramirez was arrested May 22 in connection with the attack, but his attorneys insisted he was not involved and not even at Dodger Stadium that day.
The authorities would not confirm reports with several news outlets reporting two men had been arrested, while others report a man and a woman had been arrested.
Since the incident, police have been on the hunt for two men who participated in the attack and a female getaway driver — all wearing Dodgers gear.
Ugh! Baseball is just a sport and there was absolutely NO NEED for this to ever happen.
We're happy to hear the authorities found those ACTUALLY responsible for the horrific beating of an innocent father of two, whose only crime was wearing his favorite baseball team's jersey.
Sadly, this won't change the fact that the victim is STILL in hospital after suffering brain injuries from the brutal beating and his two children STILL don't have their father at home.
