Brandi Cochran, a former model for the Price Is Right, won a lawsuit back in November because she was fired for being pregnant.
However, Judge Kevin Brazile has overturned the ruling because the state Supreme Court found that he didn't properly instruct the jury.
He should have told the 12 jurors they were deciding
