It wasn't just a battle between President Obama and Mitt Romney, but it was also a war of the pink dresses!

Michelle Obama wore a hot pink dress and matching jacket by Michael Kors, while Ann Romney also donned a bright pink dress to the second presidential debate held at Hofstra University in New York on Tuesday.

The women were most likely honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the message was received loud and clear.

And such a cheery and upbeat color for an intense night.

Why pink? He was raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month!!

Amazing Kiddo!!

He hero from our book, The Boy with the Pink Hair, was born that way — but the hero from this story gave himself pink hair to raise money for breast cancer awareness!

10-year-old Austin Jones wanted to raise money to help his bff's mom, who is living with breast cancer.

To raise money the 4th grader distributed information about cancer and asked for donations. His goal was to raise $110 but in less than 2 weeks Austin collected $180!

And he isn't done yet! Austin hopes to build a booth in front of the Safeway store, and raise $500 next October, which is breast cancer awareness month.

Looks like there are TWO incredible boys with pink hair!
