Ugh! This really chafes our chode!

At least one TV producer wasn't happy with Alicia Keys' absolutely amazeballz rendition of our national anthem before last night's big game!

In fact, her or she went so far as to call Alicia's performance "disrespectful"!

What?! Seriously?!

Was the talented songstress off key? Or out of tune? Did she mangle the lyrics? Did she drape herself in the flag of Soviet Russia?!

No! She was a Girl on Fire — her classic kick-off to Super Bowl XLVII was FLAWLESS!

So what was the problem!?

If there is any justice in the world than yes!

In what may be the most inspired idea for a reality show yet, industry sources are saying Steven Slater, the infamous JetBlue Diva, has been offered the chance to host a reality show.

The hook - helping people quit their jobs!!!

Ha! Yes! Brilliant!

Supposedly, the well-known reality production company, Stone Entertainment, is eager to have Steve come join their team and have him host a show where he helps employees who are unhappy at work finally quit their jobs, in an extravagant way, of course!

Hmm! The possibilites kind of intrigue us! We'd love to see what they all come up with! Course, we can't really think of anything better than what Steven pulled last week!

He is still our hero!

Would U watch his reality show?

THIS is brilliant!

And frankly, it's the only plausible way to keep the show going after Steve Carell signs off in May!

Now that the actor plans to retire his character, Michael Scott, on the HIGHlarious show The Office, producers are scrambling to figure out how exactly to continue the series in his absence, and they're reportedly toying with the idea of bringing in the man that started it all - Ricky Gervais' horiffically uncomfortable David Brent from the original, UK series!

Effing AMAZING! Inspired!

And think about the built-in fanbase that would tune in just to see Gervais play that awful character again! It would COMPLETELY revive the series!

Executive Producer Paul Lieberstein is toying with the idea, and says:

"We talked about it today for a while. It's not the leading idea… [but] it's not a dead idea. I don't know how David Brent could take Michael Scott's place because it would be a little bit too much of a coincidence that a documentary crew was also following him. He was also fired for incompetence [in the U.K. Office], so we'd have to create some back story for what happened. There would be some things to deal with. On the flip side, you have someone who's incredibly talented and who has played with a level of realism that's the same as our show. It wouldn't be like we would be taking a character from Cheers, like Norm, and putting him in the show. If Dunder Mifflin needed to replace Michael Scott, they'd consider both internal and external candidates. And we will show them considering both. We'll kind of start [the replacement process] and put it in motion. I don't want Steve to go, and if he decides he wants to stay, I will be very happy with that."

And Gervais himself seems to be against it, but who the eff knows if he's serious or not when he says:

"As David Brent would say, 'Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt …' As I would say, 'Why would I get up at 6 a.m. five days a week for seven years when I can hire someone else to do that and still get my syndication money?'"

We think they SERIOUSLY need to consider this option if they want to keep the show alive!

And now that this is out in the ethos as a possibility, we just don't think anything else will compare!

We give her a lot of credit for going up there and performing with such a legend! It must have been pretty bizarre - but awesome - to be there to see it!

Last night Aretha Franklin was joined on stage at Philadelphia's Mann Music Center by none other than Condoleezza Rice for a benefit concert for urban children!

The former Secretary of State performed on the piano while Franklin sang I Say A Little Prayer and My Country 'Tis of Thee, and although many critics considered Rice's performance a little "safe," The Washington Post asserts that the collaboration "had kind of a goofy brilliance."

Franklin said:

"All I had seen of Dr. Rice was in a political atmosphere. It just seemed foreign that she would be a classical pianist. She really does play. She's formidable. We decided to give it a try. So here we are, in the city of Brotherly – and Sisterly – Love."

So cool!

Maybe Condoleezza will forgo politics and become a musical superstar! LOLs!

Or not - but kudos, bb! We are sincerely impressed!
