This is absolutely horrible.
Following a weekend of senseless gun violence in America, we were not expecting to hear of anything like this happening to our friends across the pond.
Unfortunately, we must report that British Parliament member Jo Cox has died after being shot and stabbed outside a library in West Yorkshire.
There are conflicting reports of what went down, but some eye witnesses claim that the newly elected Labour MP was shot three times by a man who yelled "Britain First," before leaving her for dead on the ground.
Apparently, the 41-year-old mother-of-two saw two men fighting following a constituency meeting Thursday afternoon and tried to intervene, only to then be shot and stabbed multiple times with a foot-long knife.
It's unclear if this really was an act of terror through the fascist outfit, but Police do have an unidentified 52-year-old man in custody.
We will continue to update you as this devastating story develops.
Rest in peace, Jo.
