The UK doesn't want to hear Katy Perry and Justin Bieber talking about their zits-free Proactiv face anymore!

Both Katy's TV commercial and Justin's online promo for "America's # 1 selling acne treatment system" were banned after the Advertising Standards Authority received a complaint.

Amanda Bynes' Living Conditions EXPOSED By Revealing Photos; Surrounded By Drugs And More!

InTouch magazine reports to have disturbing photographs from inside a party hosted by Amanda Bynes, photos that paint an unfortunate picture for Amanda's current living situation.

The pics reportedly reveal how disheveled her living conditions are, showing Amanda smoking a joint while constantly checking her Twitter feed on top of a bare mattress.

More photos show her applying make-up and dancing with a strange man behind her, who's also shown smoking pot with her.

Photographer Giovanni Arnold was at the party in question, and he says:
