Two teenage girls were streaming themselves on Facebook Live as they drove down a Pennsylvania highway just before being killed in a fiery car crash.
According to reports, 18-year-old Brooke Hughes (above, left) was broadcasting a live video on Facebook while driving very slowly in the right lane on Interstate 380 around midnight on Tuesday.
In the video, 19-year-old passenger Chaniya Morrison-Toomey (above, right) can be heard asking, "Are you going live?"
But before Hughes had a chance to reply, lights flashed inside the car followed by the sound of screeching tires — then blackness.
Both teens died after a tractor-trailer plowed into the back of their Suzuki Forenza, which police say Hughes was driving with a spare tire doughnut.
The impact from the crash sent the sedan hurling into the guardrail before it tumbled onto the road and burst into flames.
Both women were burned beyond recognition, and were declared dead at the scene after being extracted from the contorted, charred vehicle (pictured below):
