Since Brooke Burke had thyroid cancer surgery late last year, when we heard that she was sick, we automatically became worried!!

Unfortunately, the 42-year-old actress has been sick for two straight days, and we just hope she's ok.

Well, we're gonna go ahead and say this is one GREAT parenting technique!

Brooke Burke has four kids: Neriah, 12, Sierra, 10, Rain, 6, and Shaya, 4, and wants to be sensitive and encouraging around them!

Not only is she a healthy and happy role model through her fitness and cooking, but she wants to be a positive one too!

Brooke Burke has been through so much recently!

And she's stayed strong through it all!

We previously mentioned that she needed to have thyroid surgery for her cancer.

We were also super happy to mention that she got the all clear and is now cancer free!

What a fab sighting!!

Brooke Burke isn't letting thyroid surgery hold her back — she was spotted out with her husband David Charvet getting New Year's Eve supplies!

We're bummed by this, but we're going to assume that the scarf has less to do with how cold it is and how invasive her surgery was. We can understand why she's wearing it, for sure, but we also want her to know that she's still so beautiful, and nobody would ever dare to pick on her for it.

We're just glad she's okay!

We previously mentioned that Brooke Burke was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

Luckily, her specific type of cancer has a high rate of survival when properly treated.

Well we're glad to say that she had her surgery yesterday and is recovering. Yay!
