Things are NOT looking up for Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman.

Last we heard from this shaaaady guy, he had been sent a 45 page extradition memorandum from Mexico, requesting that he return there to stand trial for murdering his wife in Cancun last spring.

He had been trying to fight the extradition while in jail since November, but it appears that he's failed in his efforts, and he WILL go on trial for his wife's murder in Mexico.

We'll be shocked if he's found not guilty.

The Survivor producer and co-creator of Pimp My Ride, Bruce Beresford-Redman, is in a whole lot of trouble.

Mexico has sent a 45 page extradition memorandum to request that Bruce be returned to Mexico to stand trial for murdering his wife in Cancun last spring.

He has been trying to fight the extradition in jail since November, but it looks like that it'll end up being granted.

Here's the tragedy of what happened to his wife:

The body of 41-year-old Monica Beresford-Redman was found April 8 in a wastewater treatment pump at a Cancun resort. An autopsy says she was struck on the head and asphyxiated.

Disgusting, horrible thing that happened to her.

Bruce publicly maintains his innocence, but hasn't entered a plea yet.

We are so sad about what happened to his wife, and feel that maybe extradition is the right call in this case since it happened in Mexico, but we also would assume that his wife's family would have a say, as well.

We extend our thoughts to help them through this terrible time.

He's in some deep shiz!

Mexican prosecutors have requested that the United States extradite former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman to Mexico so he can be tried for the murder of his wife.

Beresford-Redman has already been formally accused of the crime and U.S. federal judge will hold a hearing to decide if he will go to Mexico or not.

Beresford-Redman continues to say he did not kill his wife Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman, but there is SO much evidence against him!

The father of Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman just got slapped with a restraining order!

It was filed by Norma Paula De Ahlf, the general manager of Zabumba, the restaurant Bruce's deceased wife owned.

She claims that late Saturday night, Bruce's father, David came in the restaurant with his right hand inside his shirt and asked an employee "in a very threatening way, 'Where is Norma? I want to talk to Norma."

"The way he was looking at me with his hand in his shirt as if he had a weapon … so menacingly, I honestly believed he wanted to kill me," said Norma.

Bruce's lawyer calls the allegations "ridiculous," but Norma is scared because she may know something about the couple.

"I am afraid of him and fear that he will harm me because of all the information I have regarding his son and Monica," said Norma's legal docs. Before their trip to Mexico, Monica had shared that she was going to withdraw "a lot of money from their joint account. In the following several days, she withdrew the money, she changed the locks on their house and threw Bruce's clothes out in trash bags and out into the street."

Oh shiz! Bruce knows that Norma knew about his extramarital affair!

Monica also told her that Bruce and David had taken about $25,000 out of the couple's joint account to pay off David's debt. Then, Bruce and his father took additional money to buy either stocks or bonds in Bruce's name.

She also claims that Monica was suspicious of the Cancun trip because it was the only vacation Bruce planned in their 11 year of marriage.

WOWSA!

A Santa Monica judge granted a temporary restraining order, which prohibits David from going within 100 yards of Norma. The order expires on June 22nd.

After Mexican authorities issued an arrest warrant on Monday for reality show producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, he insists that he is innocent in the murder of his wife Monica.

He gave the following statement:

"I am devastated at her loss; and I am incensed at the suggestion that I could have had anything to do with her death. I am innocent.

Monica was the axis around which our whole family revolved. From her sisters and parents to my parents and of course to our children and me, she was everything to us. My children have had one parent taken from them by a senseless act of violence. I implore the Mexican authorities not to take their remaining parent by a miscarriage of justice and to do what is right not just what is expedient."

We highly doubt that's going to happen.

The couple's two children, both under 5-years-old, are in the temporary custody of Bruce's parents. Our thoughts are with them.

It has just been confirmed that Bruce Beresford-Redman has been charged with the murder of his wife, Monica, who was found dead in their Cancun hotel room while on vacation.

Mexican officials ordered the Survivor producer to return to the country after he left last week to return to El Lay. A warrant is out for his arrest.

How sad!

This must be so hard for her family!

After leaving the country and jetting off to Los Angeles, the attorney general's office in Mexico has ordered Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman to return to Cancun to answer more questions about the murder of his wife Monica Beresford-Redman.

If he doesn't abide by their order, the Mexican government has the right to ask the United States for help to get him back. Since it would be on a voluntary basis, sources say that Bruce won't return.

And so the plot thickens again…

We just hope that Monica's family and children get some peace.
