One of Chris Brown's reps denied the rumor that the he would be touring with Usher saying that it is "definitely not happening."
Reports began swirling about a duet tour after producer Bryan-Michael Cox confirmed the news in a YouTube video.
But no such luck for Beat-Her-Down — his career his still doomed!
And why would Usher want to attach himself to that?!
