They have been accused of plagiarism before, so we're not surprised.

The Black Eyed Peas are being sued by Bryan Pringle, who claims the group plagiarized his song called Take a Dive for their hit I Gotta Feeling.

They were recently sued in January and now the suit has been reentered in Los Angles federal court. It alleged that they stole the song Boom Dynamite by songwriters Ebony Latrice Batts and Manfred Mohr for Boom Boom Pow. Batts and Mohr claim they submitted their song to the band's label, Interscope Records, a year before the single was released.

"A simple listening of the two songs will tell you that the songs are substantially similar, and that the hooks of the two songs are virtually identical in rhythm and lyrics," said plaintiff lawyer Ira Gould.

They are suing for for monetary damages including all net profits from the tracks, along with future royalties.
