Oh no! This is so sad!!

A vacant building that was being demolished in Philadelphia collapsed onto a thrift store Wednesday morning, with reports stating that the incident has tragically killed a woman as a result of its destruction.

According to city officials, more than a dozen were stuck under the rubble. Some were even trapped for HOURS!

Talk about frivolous!

We told you guys about the lawsuit that Candy Spelling launched at her OTHER condo, the one being built, which is totally different from the lawsuit she filed against the condo she's living in currently!

Anyway, we also brought up how ridic the lawsuit was, as it's based on the fact that a restaurant in the building has yet to be opened (officially, it had a soft opening in December), so Candy is outraged at the inconvenience of an amenity she was promised that isn't available. How much do you think that inconvenience is worth? Not being able to order room service from your own condo?

Try $7 million, according to the documents!

BONKERS! Candy wants a cool $7 million taken off the $47 million she's spending on her two-floor condo!

Granted, she also claims that she was PROMISED the $6.8 million reduction, and was never given it. Either way, we're glad a judge will get to be tied up dealing with her first world problems instead of important cases!

If anything, we would expect Candy Spelling to launch more lawsuits against the landlord that's trying to evict her, even though she says she extended her lease!

That's not the case, though, as we're hearing that this NEW lawsuit is about the penthouse she's building in Century City — because the owners of the building allegedly promised a bunch of amenities, like a restaurant, but isn't making good on those promises!

For instance, the restaurant she's talking about was supposed to open on January 1st, but hasn't. So she wants some of the money back for the amenities she didn't get!

Life is soooooo hard when you spend $47 million for two floors of a lavish condo building! LOLz!

Still, a promise is a promise… even if it's a ridiculous one about a restaurant amenity. We just don't think the legal system needs any more frivolous lawsuits!

McDonald's will be opening up its first ever vegetarian restaurant!

The meatless location will be opening in Northern India, near the Golden Temple in the Sikh city of Amritsar.

The spokesman for McDonald's in India said:

"It will be the first time we have opened a vegetarian restaurant. There is a big opportunity for vegetarian restaurants [in India] as many Indians are vegetarian."

The restaurant was already pretty food conscious in that part of the world because many Hindus and Muslims don't eat beef or pork, so chicken was already being substituted in most meals.

Now they're just cutting out all the meat.

Maybe they'd open one here in the U.S. because vegetarianism and veganism are becoming so popular.

We can only hope for such a healthy dream to come true.
