WTF?!?

Over the weekend, a semitrailer packed with 32 bulls being driven by drivers Travis Carr and Bryan Martin BANGED into a tree on the I-75 in Florida, and three bulls escaped — which led to a chase down and unfortunately a shooting of the animals.

The bulls that stayed inside the trailer were transported into another truck with portable metal fences by cowboys and veterinarians.

Florida Highway Patrol Master Sgt. Nick Causey said:

“The semi was southbound and, from what people told us, a tire blew out. It ran onto the shoulder and into the treeline, which ripped the trailer. Several of the cows got out and were along the shoulder. It could have been dangerous but there were no other accidents.”

Martin noted that he and Carr were hauling the bulls from Evant, Texas, to Indiantown.

After the accident, Travis was sadly hospitalized, but Bryan came out without a scratch.

Only good thing about this CRAY occurrence is that no one else got hurt!!

American's might not have to travel to Spain to run with the bulls this year!

Authorities of a Phoenix suburb, called Cave Creek, aren't giving the bull run's event planers a city permit — but it's still on!

The town's mayor Vincent Francia said a special-event permit was revoked ONLY because promoter Phil Immordino could only provide 2 million dollars in insurance coverage (the town wanted $3 mil).

The mayor wishes they could have come to an agreement. Yeah, he wants it to happen!! The crazy mayor said:

"The bull run was on my list of wishes for the town. It would be nice to be a part of because it is so Cave Creek,"

Well, his dream may come true without the permit. Immordino is saying that –because the town was that this is on private land — the town and council had no jurisdiction over the event.

So, guess we'll you you guyz in Cave Creek.

Bullfighters in Ecuador are seeing red over a ballot referendum that, if passed, will ban the traditional killing of bulls at the end of bullfights.

Ecuadorian voters will are voting on a bill that would make it illegal to kill animals for entertainment.

That might be good for the bulls, but matadors like Diego Rivas fear the ban will negatively impact their finances. Beyond that, people say killing the bull is an integral part of the tradition, and eliminating it would be a travesty to the sport.

Members of Ecuador's matador community staged a protest on Wednesday in front of the Carondelet presidential palace in Quito in all their bullfighting regalia — with one important addition: tape over their mouths to demonstrate that they are not being heard.

The President of Ecuador's Union of Bullfighters, believes eliminating the killing of bulls in bullfights would be a death blow to the 97,000 families he estimates make at least some of their income off bullfighting.

What is wrong with people?!

Fourteen pitbulls were rescued from the 6th floor apartment of a burning building in the Bronx Tuesday morning.

Just one dog was injured in an apparent accident that occurred as the animal was being transported out of the building. That dog suffered a small gash on his noise, but the injury was not serious.

The building's super didn't say much about the owner of the pitbulls, revealing "He has a lot of dogs but he takes care of them."

When the landlord was asked what he thought the owner, a black man in his late 30s, was doing with so many pitbulls, he replied, "To tell you the truth I don't know. Maybe he was selling them or using them to fight."

A source stated that the dogs would likely be taken to the ASPCA facility in Upper Manhattan for medical evaluation to see if they had been mistreated. The FDNY is also investigating the cause of the blaze in which two members sustained minor injuries.

The beautiful Ali Landry graces the cover of K-9 Magazine this month with her family's dog Toulouse!

They make a lovely pair if we say so ourselves!

In an interview for the magazine, Ali says her love of animals started when she was a kid because she grew up on a dairy farm in Louisiana, explaining:

"I was constantly surrounded by animals. We had everything: chickens, cows, birds, bulls, cats, dogs, and even a hamster."

That's quite a collection. We wish we had her childhood now!

OMG!

A 1,600 pound bull named Rewind jumped over the fence, into the crowd at the Canadian Rodeo Finals in Edmonton.

This was the first time a bull has ever jumped the fence before!

According to the report, three people were injured and treated by paramedics at the scene.
