You're at a wedding! Perk up!

Daniel Radcliffe was at a wedding over the weekend when he took a moment to savor a hip, sexy, lethal cigarette. We wish he'd pay attention to every medical study ever about smoking and quit for his health, but it doesn't look like he intends to!

Plus, we bet his friends didn't invite him to the wedding for him to just be a bummer!

If there's anything getting you down, Dan, you can come hang with us for a few days! We'll have a blast!

Heads up, Kid Rock!

That camo doesn't work! We totally see you throwing your health away!

That's right — we SEE YOU SMOKING!

We gotta say, Kid, we're disappointed. We're not shocked, because it feels like your stage persona fits that of a dude who likes to smoke, but we would've rather been surprised in the other direction… you know, if you had told us you never actually smoked at all in your whole life!

THAT would've been a good surprise!

Instead, we've got a pic (above) of you willfully putting your health at risk, and we wish you wouldn't!

If you have a heart, you're into Peter Facinelli.

Unfortunately, Peter was spotted smoking at LAX… and because smoking is really unhealthy AND super gross, we have to conclude that your heart is now broken!

Don't worry. It will mend in time. And when it does, it might love another, and that's okay! Unless Peter decides to quit the disgusting habit, then your heart might mend stronger in your love for him!

LOLz!

Seriously though, quit that shizz, Peter! It's nasssstay!

If you want to get with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and let's be honest — you do, you should probably become a Laker's fan.

We're not saying he's always at the games or anything, but he's at least at this one, with a beer, looking adorable!

Oh, and Drew Barrymore was there too, but she's married. So if you want to get with her, you're out of luck. No matter how big of a fan you are of the Lakers.

Bummer! LOLz!

Though, it does look like Drew is pretty distracted by the cheerleaders anyway!

Bummer!

So this guy wanted to propose to his girlfriend, right?

He makes a few mistakes:

1. He thinks that proposing to someone at a sporting event is a good idea.

It's not (now she gets to remember the moment you proposed while wearing a backwards hat!)!

2. His girlfriend goes to get beer and MISSES the reveal!

That's just bad luck — unless he knew when the proposal was going up… and in that case you tell her the beer can wait!

In the end though, all is happy!

We're screwed. LOLz!

Various studies are increasingly proving that sitting on your butt all day is dangerous — which is exactly what we're doing right now. Bummer!

Even scarier, however, is that each new study is lowering the amount of time spent sitting and increasing the consequences!

For example, we heard in the past that sitting for six hours a day can be deadly, then it was four, but now a study says that sitting for just three hours a day can cut two years off of our lifespan!

Peter Katzmarzyk, the lead author of the newest study, says "sitting is bad" and likens physical inactivity to smoking, adding:

“What the results mean is that we got everyone in the U.S. to sit less, our population life expectancy would be two years higher, so instead of living to 78.5, we would be expected to live to 80.5 years old. That’s a really big deal.”

Want to keep those two years, but are stuck at a desk all day? Try working while standing or take breaks to walk around the office. Take a walk outside during your lunch break and make sure to exercise once you're off the clock!
