The North Andover high school prom was shut down an hour early because some kids decided to ruin it for everyone else, having ingested brownies laced with pot.
From the source video (above), it's unclear as to whether or not the brownies were actually brought to the prom or not, but it sounds like they were taken before hand, resulting in a portion of the kids getting sick and having to go to the hospital. Also unclear is whether or not they knowingly ingested them!
We're betting they knew, but school officials then canceled the prom, having parents retrieve kids in case of widespread accidental ingestion.
There will be disciplinary actions taken, of course, but the bummer of it all is that one of the major experiences for the kids who didn't eat the brownies is forever ruined by those who did!
She has been fighting to carry on, and she has certainly been succeeding.
