Last year's forecast is similar to this year's… rising cost of burgers and an expansion of chicken based burger items.

This will mainly continue into 2013 because of the drought so expect prices to rise and chicken to become more prevalent.

So when it comes to burger joints trying to distract consumers from rising prices, what will they have left to promote??

It wasn't hard to spot Julianne Hough at Friday night's Rock of Ages premiere at the Grauman's Chinese Theater in El Lay.

She wore a neon yellow Kaufmanfranco gown and Christian Louboutin shoes.

We'd praise Julianne for her Totally Radical 80s look, but gurlfrind needs to work on that bunhead. Her hair looks like it was a complete afterthought and just thrown into a messy bun.

At least she's rockin' the red lips!
