She’s becoming a fixture at these things!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley jetted over to Hong Kong for the opening on the largest Burberry store in the Asia Pacific region on Thursday.

The British supermodel showed off her Burberry Body curves in a strapless corset top and a high-waist pencil skirt from the lateset Burberry Prorsum collection.

Gold tipped pumps, a jeweled Burberry clutch, wavy hair and soft makeup completed Rosie's beautiful, yet effortless look.

Burberry is officially going out on their own!

Last week, the luxury brand was still in talks with Inter Parfums Inc. concerning whether or not they would buy back their fragrance and beauty license.

And now, Burberry has put an end to the chatter, and will purchase their rights at the end of this year for $220.8 million.

Unfortunately for Inter Parfums Inc.

Burberry is going out on their own!

The British fashion house has decided to buy the rights of their fragrance and beauty licenses from Inter Parfums SA for a mere $222.6 million.

Burberry said of their not so cheap purchase:

"To maintain flexibility in pursuing its objective to develop fully this business in the future, Burberry has served notice of its intention to terminate the license agreement with effect from December 31, 2012."

Seems reasonable!

However, according to Inter Parfums, they're still hammering out the details of the deal:

"Although an agreement has been reached on certain main terms and conditions, important points remain to be finalized. The two parties are continuing their discussions on these important points in an effort to reach a new comprehensive agreement."

The two have been in business together through a licensing agreement since 1993, with Burberry Body being the most recent release in September 2011.

Burberry released the first ad for their new Burberry Body fragrance ad.

The ad stars a super naked Rosie Huntington-Whiteley posing in a strategically placed trench coat.

Noticeably absent from the ad is the actual fragrance, but we doubt anyone's looking for that.
