George Clooney: Brad Pitt Took My Thelma & Louise Role

Oooh, George Clooney. You're so classic.

Watching you talk about your past here is hilarious!

Up above, he talks about the time he went up against Brad Pitt for Thelma & Louise.

The film, which turned out to be Brad's big breakout role, was something George really wanted to be a part of. He even went on to say he couldn't watch the movie for years after because he lost the role to Brad.

Aww! But of course they both ended up being stars in their own right, even co-starring in Oceans 11 and Burn After Reading together!

Still HIGHlarious to see him reflect on the not so good ole' days, though.

Watch what else he says (above)! The classy gent even drops an F bomb!

Three Stooges Movie Loses Entire Cast…And Sets Production Start Date

three stooges movie gets production start date

After a journey through development hell that would make Dante feel uneasy, The Farrelly Brothers have finally set a production start date of March 14 for their Three Stooges movie.

We're not 100% sure if this was the BEST time to set a concrete date, given the fact that the entire cast is no longer attached to the film, but we can appreciate the Farrelly Bros' perseverance.

Jim Carrey, Sean Penn, and Benicio Del Toro were all attached to the film as Stooges, but by now they've all left the project. According to reports, Benicio MAY still play Moe, but it is unclear at this point.

The Farrelly Brothers plan to begin casting immediately, and they are already in talks with Let Me In/Burn After Reading actor Richard Jenkins to play "the head nun who is terrorized by the precocious Stooges."

Here's what Peter Farrelly had to say about the project:

"The script is ready to go, and we are opening up these roles to the world right now. We'll make it with the best possible people. Our feeling is that no star is too big to audition and no matter who it is, we're going to have to see him in the role. This is not The Flintstones. You've got to be Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Curly Howard, and that could be a major movie star or an unknown."

And more from Farrelly:

"There will be non-stop slapping, more in the tone of Dumb and Dumber than anything else we've done. Our goal is 85 minutes of laughs in a film that will be very respectful of who the Stooges were. It's by far the riskiest project we've ever done, without question, but it is also the one closest to our hearts."

Certainly sounds like a risky undertaking, but we give you credit for continuing to push forward with this project, Farrelly Bros. You're clearly passionate about it, and we're sure that will be reflected in the final product.

Good luck, bbs! We'll keep an eye out for those casting announcements.

Who do U think should play the Stooges?
