Is Bethenny Burning Bridges With Bravo's Andy Cohen??

By any indication from the (above) photo, we're going to have to say NO…

BUT, it looks like tension between the Bethenny Frankel and Bravo's Andy Cohen goes deeper than those friendly smiles.

As we all know, before she became the successful multi-million dollar cocktail mogul, Bethenny was a struggling New York Real Housewife. And, more importantly, she has many people to thank, specifically Watch What Happens Live's Andy, who had a hand in discovering the reality super star.

Howevs, now that the SkinnyGirl has risen to the top with her line of booze and cosmetics, and her new talk show has been picked up, she's apparently turning her back on the man who started it all.

According to sources, Andy has asked several times to appear on her new show, but she's turned him down* as she's trying

Lupe Fiasco Laments Further About Music Industry

Filed under: Music MinuteUsherSad SadJustin Bieber

lupe fiasco laments about music industry

Earlier this week, Lupe Fiasco went on the record and talked negatively about his new album and the music industry, without seeming to care AT ALL about how his record label might react.

In what appears to be another moment of despair, Lupe has opened up further about his lack of enthusiasm for the music industry, despite the fact that his new album was JUST released.

Here's what he had to lament say about the music industry:

"To be blunt, I don't really give a [crap]. I've grown very distant from the business, very numb to it…I don't really care about the success anymore. I don't really care about the fame. Three, four years later, I look at my bank account statements, and I haven't made any money with my record label. You start to think a little bit differently about your motivations and why you're doing what you're doing."

More from Lupe on the music industry's lack of creativity:

"I’m guilty of it, too. Hip-hop today — talking solely about the commercial space — it’s the same producers, sound, over and over again. The artist with that particularly poppy song is given the first look as opposed to that ethereal, weird artist with the brand-new music."

"The person who wins Best New Artist is this really abstract left bass player, [b]ecause it’s about who’s making music, who’s making something different. Justin Bieber sounds just like everybody else, to be honest. He’s the homie; he’s dope. But he’s no different than Sean Kingston, Usher."

We certainly agree that creativity is important, and we're sure there's room for improvement, but we don't think complaining like this is the most productive way to address the issue.

…Plus, you're certainly not making any new friends in the industry by speaking like this, Lupe.

Just sayin'!

Charlie Says He'll Still Show Up For Work, Even Though Two And A Half Men Is Done

charlie sheen will return to his nonexistent work

And why wouldn't he? The Warner Bros lot is very nice. He can go for a Monday morning stroll, but he's certainly not going to be doing any work.

Despite the fact that Two and a Half Men has been shut down for the season and almost definitely forever, Charlie Sheen told Good Morning America that he'll still show up for work.

Our first instinct would be to say that this is pret-ty crazy, but who knows? Maybe it could be a blessing in disguise!

Here are some of our thoughts on positive things that could happen if Charlie returns to his nonexistent work on Monday:

- It'll finally hit him that Two and a Half Men is done, and so are those paychecks

- He'll stumble onto another set, and land an impromptu guest appearance/paycheck for another show

- He'll gather his own crew, shoot an unauthorized episode of Two and a Half Men, and leak it onto the Internet

- All of the Above

All jokes aside, don't try to return to work, Charlie. That bridge is burnt, and that ship has sailed. Time to move on.

Charlie Comments On Two And A Half Men Being Shut Down

charlie sheen writes letter about two and a half men shutting down

Words like "bridge" and "burning" come to mind for some reason.

Two and a Half Men has been shut down for the rest of the season, and Charlie Sheen has expressed his feelings about it through an…intense letter:

What does this say about Haim Levine [Chuck Lorre] after he tried to use his words to judge and attempt to degrade me. I gracefully ignored this folly for 177 shows … I fire back once and this contaminated little maggot can't handle my power and can't handle the truth. I wish him nothing but pain in his silly travels especially if they wind up in my octagon.

Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words — imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists. I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong.

Remember these are my people … not yours…we will continue on together…

Charlie Sheen

That's some very crazy descriptive imagery, Charlie. After the way in which you've been acting though, we're not sure how many people will want to "wind up in your octagon."

What do U think About Charlie's letter? Do U think his fists REALLY breathe fire? Ha!

Disney Responds To Billy Ray Cyrus' Hannah Montana Lash Out

disney responds to billy ray

During a GQ interview that was released earlier this week, Billy Ray Cyrus lashed out at Disney and blamed Miley's Hannah Montana handlers for ruining Miley his family.

Now, a source at Disney has responded to Billy Ray's claims:

“We saw it coming for a long time. She wanted to mature herself, but it kind of backfired. Her future without Disney is TBD.”

Okay, so maybe it would have been nice if the Disney folks made a stronger effort to direct Miley down a different path, but as we said before, Billy Ray should have spoken up!

Instead of burning some serious bridges and publicly blaming others, he would be MUCH better off taking some of that blame for himself…and then PRIVATELY taking measures to correct the situation.

What do U think? Is Disney to blame? Billy Ray? Both of them? NEITHER of them???
