Holy Smokes! Hershey Sues Marijuana Company For Selling Ganja-Filled Edible Spoofs Of Their Candy!

Hershey is NOT happy with some pot-filled parodies of their candies floating around Colorado!

Whoa dude! This is totally not chill at all!

Hershey has filed a trademark lawsuit against a Colorado-based medical marijuana company called Tincture Belle, which is known for making edible treats packed with sticky icky!

So what exactly is the issue? Well, Tincture Belle's weed-filled goodies are pretty much just knock-offs of classic candy bars like Almond Joy and Butterfinger! Except these ones are cleverly named Ganja Joy and Buddafinger!

Oh, and did we mention they're filled with weed??

Butterfinger Cups Unveils Oddly Sexual Teaser For Super Bowl Promo! Watch The Yummy Weirdness HERE!

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueSilly!Ad CampaignsFoodSex

Remember when we told you that Butterfinger would be challenging Reese's for peanut butter cup supremacy in 2014?? Well the time is finally here!!

Nestlé is getting ready to introduce the world to their new Butterfinger Cups and their doing it on the biggest stage possible with a Super Bowl commercial!

But if you can't wait that long, then worry not, because they've released a teaser for their ad! That's right, companies are now releasing commercials for their commercials, and this one is surprisingly sexual!

The premise is fairly simple: A few classic food combos like fish and chips, and oatmeal and raisins are sitting in a couple's therapy waiting room. It becomes really obvious really fast that peanut butter and chocolate are trying to spice things up in bed, and when they see cheese and crackers come out of the doctor's office holding a VERY large sausage (yes, really) they get pretty darn excited!

What does this have to do with peanut butter cups? We have no clue, and quite honestly we have no idea what to expect from the commercial! Are peanut butter and chocolate going to have a three-way with a Butterfinger? Are they going to give birth to a peanut butter cup baby? Was this commercial teaser even necessary??

WE. HAVE. NO. CLUE!

Ch-ch-check out the wacky ad (above)!

butterfing makes peanut butter cup similar to reeses

Next summer, the geniuses at Nestlé will be releasing a brand new candy that will forever change the way you look at chocolate and redefine sweets as we know them!

Starting in 2014, Butterfinger will be unveiling their brand new Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups!

The innovative snack offers smooth and creamy peanut butter conveniently wrapped up in a chocolate cup!

Wait, where have we heard this before?

Oh, right. They sound EXACTLY like Reese's!!!

Despite the obvious similarities, Gary Stibel, CEO at New England Consulting Group, seems to think Nestlé has stumbled on a game-changer, and says Reese's will have to make room for the competition:

Make Your Own Butterfingers! Recipe Of The Day In Four Ingredients!

Mariko Pot

Butterfingers used to be my favorite candy …. until I started reading the labels on everything! Here is a delicious recipe for getting that peanut butter and chocolate fix in a matter of minutes! This recipe can also be gluten-free and vegan if you use the right chocolate and candy corn.

1 cup candy corn
1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 chocolate chips

Line a small baking dish (around 5×5) with parchment paper. Add candy corn to microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds, or until melted (be careful not to overcook it). Immediately add peanut butter and stir until well mixed; if it begins to harden, microwave for 10 seconds. Pour mixture into baking dish, and smooth out with spoon. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top, and microwave for 5-10 seconds. Spread melted chocolate chips evenly over top of peanut mixture, and put in freezer to chill - about 15 minutes. I like to cut mine in small, fun-size rectangles, and wrap in cute cellophane to serve!
