It's terrible when you can't trust your own family.

The second man to walk on the Moon, astronaut Buzz Aldrin says she was scammed by his own stepdaughter and has filed a lawsuit against her.

Buzz is suing Lisa Cannon, the daughter of his estranged wife Lois, after he claims she duped him into signing an agreement that gave her a majority of the rights to his name and 60% ownership of his company StarBuzz Enterprises LLC.

He maybe the second man to walk on the moon, but Lois Driggs Cannon is the third woman to be stripped of the title Mrs. Buzz Aldrin.

Buzz officially filed for a divorce yesterday, stating that the couple separated two days ago and cites "irreconcilable differences" as the cause. The two have been married since Valentine's Day 1988.

Sad! He's kind of old to be dating again, but if he decides he's ready, the ladies will surely line up their walkers to be wife #4!

While attending The Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre 41st Anniversary Gala at the Celebrity Centre in El Lay on Saturday, the sperminated Kelly Preston and John Travolta stopped to pose with Buzz Aldrin and his wife Lois Driggs Cannon.

Ha. We wonder what the view looks like from outer space!

Danny Devito, Jack Nicholson and Susan Sarandon are amongst Sunday's inductees into the New Jersey Hall of Fame.

The actors joined author Judy Blume, Frankie Valli and Bruce Springsteen for the event.

"He has Jersey attitude pouring out of him, even when he is standing still. (His) persona exemplifies what it means to be one of us," said The Boss about Devito.

The two then sang Glory Days in front of an audience that included Buzz Aldrin and Joe Pesci.

"I could sing the praises of New Jersey all night," said Nicholson.

Past inductees include Springsteen, Toni Morrison and Harriet Tubman.

ABC's Dancing With the Stars drew in higher ratings than its fierce competitor Fox's American Idol for the very first time! Nearly 23 million people watched DWTS last week while Idol brought in 21.8 million on Tuesday and 20.5 on Wednesday.

We think it might have to do with the particularly interesting cast on DWTS this year including Pamela Anderson, Buzz Aldrin and of course Kate Gosselin!

Dancing With The Stars host Tom Bergeon recently revealed that Kate Gosselin's child entourage will be taking care of the kids while she and her weave perform on the reality competition.

"Bruno, one of our judges, has set up a daycare. We are thrilled!"

He's not holding his breath on how long they'll ACTUALLY need daycare because he doesn't think Kate will last!
