For Justin Bieber's 18th birthday in March, his manager Scooter Braun gave his favorite client an expensive sports car so JB and Selena Gomez could sneak off to the backseat and play a few discrete rounds of "hide the Bieberoni"!!

For Scooter's recent birthday? Justin invited his manager on stage in front of thousands of screaming Beliebers at The Apollo Theater and… SMASHED a cake in his face!!!
