Being a ref is dangerous, especially when you have to deal with the scorn of slighted players and their fans — we just didn't think it was THIS dangerous!

A soccer ref from Utah named Ricardo Portillo has died after sustaining injuries from being punched in the face by a player. He had just issued the player a yellow card and was writing it down in his notebook when he was hit right in the face.

Immediately Ricardo sat down, started vomiting blood, and was taken to the hospital. That's where his condition worsened and he eventually passed away from the injury.

Amy Adams was on her way to the gym, all decked out in fitness gear, when she decided she should invite her baby daddy, Darren Le Gallo!

The weird thing is that once she called, that's when she realized he was already with her. It was like a scene out of the Twilight Zone, except one that ended with healthy fitness instead of waking up!

LOLz!

Next time she should probably just look around before wasting her minutes! Ha!

Amy called into Watch What Happens: Live to sneakily ask her former co-star what his favorite part of working with the Golden Globes host was.

But his answer wasn't even the juiciest part!

Even though Tina Fey has vetoed the possibility of hosting the Oscars, Amy has remained mum on the topic. Could she be up to succeed Seth MacFarlane next year???

Manti Te'o is the college football star who was the victim (we think) in an elaborate hoax to make him think he had an online girlfriend.

What's come out so far is that his girlfriend who "died" didn't die at all and wasn't even a girl!

This has GOT to stop!!!

Chris Brown's home was INVADED by the LAPD after someone called 911 and reported a domestic incident happening at the house which involved a gun, but when the police arrived it turned out the call was a horrible and misguided prank!!!

Police say the caller phoned the cops and said a mother and father were in a fight and that the father went into his room to get a gun. The caller then hung up, but never mentioned it was Chris Brown's house.

The cops quickly raced over there, but discovered that not only was there no gunman but that there wasn't any kind of domestic dispute, either!

The police did not mention whether Brown was home when they arrived.

This isn't the first time something like this has happened to a celebrity, nor do we think it will be the last time either!

This is so not cool!

The LAPD say they are determined to find the culprit of this latest incident, and hopefully they will!
