If you haven't heard, U.S. Olympian and the target of sports enthusiasts' crushes everywhere, Lolo Jones, is trying to be in the upcoming WINTER Olympics.

How is that, when she's a hurdler?

As it turns out, she's taking on bobsledding! So to prepare for it she's been bulking up!

Weighing in at a current 157 pounds, she's been eating 9,000 calories a day… and not by drinking only protein shakes!

She spoke about her extreme bulk-up, saying:

Mountain Dew Mouth Happens When The Drink Destroys Your Teeth

Candy, soda, sweets — we've always heard from our parents that too much will rot our teeth!

Well, looks like it's true! You know, alongside giving the world diabetes and obesity problems!

According to this new study, in Appalachia there's one major soda to blame for destroying their teeth, and the aftermath of consuming the amount they do even has a name: 'Mountain Dew Mouth.'

Mountain Dew is the region's favorite drink, and now something needs to be done about it — so they're writing new policies, including restricting soda purchases with food stamps.

Running A Vertical Marathon Sounds Way Worse Than The Regular Kind!

Most people on this planet wouldn't run a marathon. Nothing against those who do — you guys are badass and way better at filling your time with physical feats! But most people wouldn't make that choice, because it IS hard on the body, no matter how in-shape you are!

Plus it's long, and sometimes people throw up from too much exertion and that's gross! LOLz!

We're curious how many of those marathoners would WANT to be in the subset of marathoners who would run a VERTICAL MARATHON!

A vertical marathon is a race up super tall buildings, and the most recent one happened to be 82 floors, 1,100 feet, and in the China World Trade Center (Tower 3), which is Beijing's tallest building!

Are you ready for the results? We just spent the first part of this story telling you how long and grueling it must be — and yet, the winner took LESS THAN 10 minutes to climb all 2,041 stairs! Holy shizz!

Thomas Dold of Germany won in 9 minutes and 55 seconds, and Suzy Walsham of Australia won for the ladies in 11 minutes and 47 seconds. We're not even sure we can do a mile in that!

They had people from all over participate — from 10 different countries! They played for cash prizes and trips!

This isn't a one-off race, either! There ARE professionals in this sport, and the 2013 Vertical World Circuit hosts eight races across the globe! It'll be heading to Vietnam, Spain, Singapore, and Brazil next, having already been to four other places including the U.S.!

So if you're ever feeling lazy and want to take the elevator to your third floor apartment, just know that there are people doing this around the world, and one of them was even 79 years old!

Schedule Your Fitness Like A WWE Diva, No Matter How Busy You Are!!

Nikki and I might be very similar, but there's a difference to our fitness. As twins we love to keep our physical identity alike but our bodies don't function the same. Here's my way to keeping twin magic going for The Bella Twins.

Being a WWE Diva means being on the road weekly. Scheduling and consistency don't fit in as much as I would like, but I always make my own time for fitness. I make sure I'm active daily and here's a look at what a week looks like for me:

· Every Monday is RAW TV, which means cardio day. I make sure I get in at least 30 minutes, whether it's on the treadmill or elliptical.

· Tuesday is a travel day home for me…this means yoga time! I'm addicted to hot yoga! Not only do I sweat out toxins and calories, but I'm releasing tension and clearing my mind.

· Wednesday and Thursday is where I get killed by my trainer Mark Shane. We do an intense workout that consist of light weights, cardio and tons of reps. He mixes up what body parts to work on, but the majority of his workouts are full body. My abs are constantly working!

· Friday and Saturday are either a travel day or, if I’m lucky, I’m home. If I'm home I enjoy a session with my trainer or spin class. I LOVE Soul Cycle!! If I'm on the road I find a gym and put together an intense work out. I always start with cardio to warm up my muscles and then head straight to the weights. I use techniques from my trainer: squats, lunges, curls and abs are always my go to. I'm knowledgeable enough to know how to work those areas on my own. Educating yourself to properly use weights with movement is so important. It prevents you from injury and gives you the exact results you want. Yes a good booty!

· Sunday is my lazy day! But I usually throw in a power walk, depending on where I am.

Working out is not the only thing that keeps me in shape, it's also my eating habits. I hate to say it, but your food intake is extremely important. Learn to be moderate, cut out snacking and have one day a week that's your cheat day. Don't diet, but create a healthy lifestyle and staying in shape will become second nature.
