That is, explicitly, this: Cosby WILL be retried for sexual assault and this will continue being a high-profile case with serious consequences for the disgraced comedian.

Per People Magazine, a source contends that Bill's relationship with Camille is strained yet strong amidst all their legal drama. The insider also went on to describe B.C.'s mental and physical state over the past few months as mixed.

While it might be hard for Cosby critics to understand, the confidante went on to claim that the 72-year-old is committed to her man:

"They have been married for over 50 years and she loves him… For both of them, it's a nightmare every day."

Hmm… we'd imagine this situation is more of a "nightmare" for the actor's long list of alleged victims. Not to mention this predicament was brought on by potentially BOTH of them!

Despite Mrs. Cosby's determination to support her husband, the stick by your man act hasn't been easy:

Bill's wife is going to court.

The day has finally come for Camille Cosby.

On Monday, Bill Cosby's wife is set to be deposed in court after a last ditch attempt on Saturday night to delay it once again.

U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianni denied her emergency motion, as her lawyers stated that her court appearance "serves no purpose other than to harass and embarrass her."

Also according to her motion, she "has had no involvement with the facts or allegations underlying this case" and that her testimony would create "an unnecessary media circus and personal security threat."

Camille Cosby To Be Deposed In Bill Cosby’s Defamation Case — But With Limitations

Bill's wife will be deposed.

As we previously reported, Camille Cosby had been scheduled to be deposed on January 6 in the defamation case against her husband, Bill Cosby.

The 71-year-old was granted a delay, but despite the appeal from the actor, a judge ordered on Thursday that she will be deposed, but can refuse to answer some specific questions.

In case you didn't know, seven women claim they were drugged and sexually assaulted by the actor, in which he called them liars.

U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianni wrote of his decision:

"This is a difficult issue as there is very little authority directly on the subject. The court concludes that the marital disqualification rule does apply to deposition testimony. Deponent, when appropriate, may refuse to answer deposition questions which call for testimony prohibited by the rule and not falling within an exception. The court will not quash the deposition subpoena and will not issue a formal protective order."

The deposition is still scheduled for February 22.

Cosby's team has since responded to the news, with spokesman Andrew Wyatt saying:

Camille Cosby Will Be Deposed Next Month In Bill Cosby's Defamation Case

Camille Cosby isn't off the hook!

While Camille was recently granted a delay in her deposition, a judge ordered that Bill Cosby's wife MUST be deposed on February 22. Cosby will be asked questions regarding Bill's defamation lawsuit filed by seven different women.

For those who don't know, the women are fighting back against the comedian after he called them liars over their allegations of sexual assault. Even though B.C. has countersued, the case is still moving forward.

Essentially, the alleged victims want a judge to force Camille to answer questions about the actor's non-martial sexual partners and the dates of those encounters since 1968. The group believes Mrs. Cosby has vital information to their cases.

The mother originally appealed the request citing she's protected by Massachusetts' spousal disqualification rule which allows conversations between spouses to remain private. A judge has since denied that request.

Now that Camille will be deposed on February 22, Bill's deposition has been moved to the following month.

We're VERY curious to hear what she has to say!
