Even though the Missing star has yet to officially confirm the announcement, a source from MSNBC anticipates that Ashley will go up against Republican minority Mitch McConnell for the powerful position.

Looks like Wyclef Jean isn't the only musician with political aspirations!

He's already been been doing his part to improve the country by highlighting corruption in both his radio station and newspaper…….and now he's ready to take things to the next level.

It's getting more and more real.
Check out the video (above) of Donald Trump talking about his potential presidential candidacy, which he'll most likely announce in June if he goes through with it.
As we said last week, it def sounds like he's serious about this.
At this point, do U support Trump's Presidential candidacy? Or should he stick to
anything else his TV show and business?

He's back in!
Wyclef Jean has reportedly not given up on his aspirations to become the next president of Haiti, and plans to send a lawyer to the courts to appeal their rejection of his candidacy!
He claims that he has legal papers "which shows everything is correct and "feel that what is going on here has everything to do with Haitian politics."
It will certainly be interesting to see how this all unfolds!
What do U think?? Should he be allowed to run for president??

If Haiti were Facebook, Wyclef Jean’s status with the country would be “It’s Complicated.”
The country’s electoral commission is postponing its ruling regarding who will be allowed to run for President of Haiti until Friday.
Here’s what Jean had to say about it:
"We await the CEP decision but the laws of the Haitian Constitution must be respected."
In addition to the stress Jean must be feeling while stuck in candidacy limbo, he’s disclosed that he’s been receiving death threats. Scary!
Keep your head up, Wyclef! Friday’s almost here.
Do U think they’ll let Jean run for President of Haiti?
