Baby Panda Meets Her Mama For The First Time!!

Omgomgmg!! That is so freakin' cute we cannot handle it!!

A cutie, one-month old panda cub was born back in July at the Taipei Zoo in Taiwan.

The baby was the first panda ever born in Taiwan!

With less than 1,600 pandas left in the wild, and pandas being notoriously hard to raise in captivity, this little baby is a miracle.

So it's all the sweeter when the cub got to meet her mama for the first time!

The mama just goes right up to her baby and grabs her and holds her in her arms.

Awww! It's the sweetest thing everrrrr!

Check out the video (above) to see the cutest mama/baby panda interaction ever!

To Prove His Point A Zoo Owner Agrees To Live With His Lions For 35 Days

lion's den

What a well thought out plan!

Fate tempter zoo ownerAlexander Pylyshenko announced he's gonna live with two of his lions in their cage at his private Ukrainian zoo for 35 days!!

Alex says his goal is to raise awareness about the living conditions of animals in captivity — but we're purdy sure staying alive is ranked right above that.

"I hope that spirit and optimism with which I approach this project, will be understood and supported by the people for whom life-saving rare species of animals is not an empty sound. Only together we can give our children this wonderful world of wildlife."

The married father of two is gonna sleep next to the lions and even eat meat fed to him through the bars of the cage.

We're rooting for Alex. But srsly, we won't be surprised if our update on his atempt is not good news.

Super Rare White Kiwi Baby!

AWWWW!

This little kiwi doesn't have to worry about not having wings — when you're this cute someone will carry you anywhere you want to go!

In this handout photo provided by the Pukaha Mt Bruce National Wildlife Centre, a rare white kiwi chick is seen only days after being hatched on May 2011 in Wellington, New Zealand.

The all-white kiwi, named Manukura is the first white chick known to be born in captivity.

The chick is the thirteenth of fourteen baby kiwis hatched at the wildlife centre this season.

We hope they release more photos of the group of baby birdies!
