Everything's about to fall apart!!

For allegedly lying to the cops after her summer car crash, Lindsay Lohan has a scheduled arraignment Tuesday morning in Los Angeles.

BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE SHE'S GONNA MAKE IT!!!

After firing dedicated lawyer Shawn Holley, she got Mark Heller on her side. But there's a problem — apparently he won't be in court either!!

He's not licensed to practice in California, so until he follows procedure to go before a CA judge, he just can't help her!

So gurl's gotta enter the plea herself, but like we said, sources suggest she's giving a big ugly NO-SHOW today… which is only gonna piss the judge off more.

The clock is ticking… will she get a warrant for her arrest?? We'll see!!

This is a bittersweet occurrence.

8-month-pregnant woman Wei Chu died in a car accident on Wednesday… and just when everyone thought that her baby wasn't gonna make it, doctors at a local hospital managed to deliver and save her baby!!

The crash happened when Chu's 52-year-old father took a left turn at a busy intersection in Chandler, Arizona without looking for oncoming traffic. A truck then unfortunately SMACKED right into the Honda Accord he was driving, and killed Wei.

According to the Chandler Police Department spokesman Seth Tyler, the baby is currently fighting for her life.

It seems fate was NOT on Lilo's side this lovely Wednesday morning, as during her arraignment hearing — which she did NOT attend — the honorable Commissioner Jane Godfrey decided to REVOKE Lindsay's probation for her jewelry heist case!!!

A probation violation hearing has been scheduled for January 15th, which Lindsay may be required to attend.

If the judge DOES decide Lindsay violated her probation she could face 8 months in prison!

Holy crap Lindsay really may be heading off to jail!!!!

Now, Lilo is NOT required to attend the hearing as she is only being charged with misdemeanor crimes, thus it's sufficient if her attorney Shawn Holley represents her…

But we can't imagine it looks good to the judge that Lindsay Lohan is off jet-setting around the world with a notorios party-loving music group called THE WANTED.
