Lindsay Lohan has been sticking to her guns that she was so totally NOT driving her Porsche when it crashed in June on PCH, but now a credible witness says otherwise.

It turns out the snitch was her very own assistant!!!

Gavin Doyle was chillin’ in the passenger seat when LiLo hit the big rig, which is what the truck driver reported as well!

At the hospital, Gavin spilled his guts to the cops, which is why the actress is now potentially in a world of trouble with the PoPo.

We’ll keep on keepin’ track of this dramz, because if we know LiLo like we think we do, there’s bound to be more twists!

It was a longtime coming, but Eva Longoria has finally settled a lawsuit out of court which stemmed from a 2010 crash on Hollywood Blvd.

The former Desperate Housewives star was sued by Roman Gasparyan after their BMW's collided in the median lane.

Gasparyan blamed her and even went as far as to suggest that she may have been driving under the influence because her eyes were "red and bloodshot."

When the claim was first filed, Longoria's publicist was adamant that her client was not at fault and released a statement reading:

"According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault AND admitted to fault on the scene. Eva Longoria’s eyes were NOT red and bloodshot, there is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications that they were are completely untrue. Longoria made no sudden turns and did not violate any traffic violations or make any sudden lane changes. The other driver is trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous and would hold no barring in the court of law."

Guess she didn't want to risk being found guilty on the "frivolous" charges because she settled twelves days before going to trial.
