Kate Gosselin says Jon Gosselin won't be seeing the kids this Christmas.

But according to the Kate Plus 8 star, the decision isn't up to her. She says:

"They're at the age now where we ask them. So they basically dictate it and they want to be home Christmas and the days surrounding it."

Kind of surprising considering they don't even celebrate the holidays right! They don't even play Santa Claus!!

Kate says she doesn't fool around with any make-believe Santa talk in her house!
