The Glee actress was spotted sorting through her mail on Friday and tossing the items that didn't matter into the recycling bin!

Guess there wasn't anything important in that pile!

And besides, Dianna already got her most special piece of mail!

You know, the one where Ryan Murphy asked the original Gleek to come back for Glee's 100th episode!

What other letter could be more precious than that?!

The 5 Worst Proteins You Can Eat

five-worst-proteins.jpg

The Environmental Working Group has conducted a study that proves that eating less meat means creating less waste, water pollution, and greenhouse gases, which damage our environment.

Not only is 20% of edible meat tossed every day, creating way too much waste, but it's also one of the top contributors to the world's most serious environmental problems.

Here is a list of the EWG's worst protein choices for the environment:

1.) Lamb - It produced methane through digestion, creating a large carbon footprint

2.) Beef - Same as lamb, produces greenhouse gases during digestion, while also creating a huge environmental toll when cattle is shipped back and forth

3.) Cheese - Stick to a small amount, such as less than 3 servings of cheese a day

4.) Pork - Manure contributes to greenhouses gases. Processing and cooking pork is environmentally damaging

5.) Farmed Salmon - Shipping fish contributes to a high carbon footprint, as well as fish feed and electricity found on fish farms

Eating less meat or eating a vegetarian diet definitely is the best route to take if you really care about what you're putting into the environment as well as your own body.
